Commercial Flooring Specialist – Epoxy & Resinous Coatings

P&S Contractors Inc. is looking for a Commercial Flooring and Painting Specialist who takes pride in craftsmanship and has a hands-on work ethic. Family-owned since 1977, P&S provides industrial and commercial flooring, wall systems, cove bases, and safety markings across New England.

Key Responsibilities: Install resinous flooring systems including epoxy, Polyaspartic, MMA, polyurethane, and cementitious urethane. Mix, pour, and apply coating materials per project requirements. Operate floor grinders, shot blasters, high-speed mixers, and industrial vacuums. Execute cove base installation, surface preparation, and precision trowel work. Support painting, line striping, and other projects as needed.

Required Qualifications: Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Comfortable working with resinous chemicals (epoxies, MMA, etc.).

Preferred: Experience with concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, or resinous systems. OSHA-10 training preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
