Asphalt Seal Coating Specialist

All Star Paving & Sealing LLC, Connecticut’s premier asphalt paving and maintenance contractor, is hiring a Seal Coating Specialist. Family-owned business with over 25 years of excellence in the industry.

Pay: $20-$25/hr. Seasonal position: April – December. Mon-Fri 6am-4pm, some Saturdays.

Duties: Prepare asphalt surfaces by cleaning debris and removing oil spots. Fill cracks and repair minor surface damage before sealcoating. Mix and load sealcoat materials according to manufacturer specifications. Apply sealcoat using spray systems, squeegees, or brushes. Ensure even, smooth coverage and proper thickness. Block off work areas with cones and safety signs. Maintain tools, hoses, tanks, and equipment. Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Requirements: Experience in asphalt, paving, or construction preferred. Ability to operate sealcoating equipment and hand tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors. Strong attention to detail. Valid driver’s license.
