Concrete Restoration Specialist

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking a skilled Concrete Restoration Specialist / Concrete Finisher to repair, restore, and refinish concrete structures on commercial projects. This role focuses on structural concrete repair, not general flatwork.

What You’ll Do:
– Perform concrete repairs including patching, resurfacing, and structural restoration
– Remove damaged concrete and prepare surfaces for repair
– Form, pour, place, and finish concrete to specification
– Apply repair mortars, overlays, and coatings
– Assist with crack repair, joint restoration, and structural strengthening
– Operate hand and power tools safely
– Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications:
– Experience in concrete finishing or concrete restoration preferred
– Knowledge of surface preparation and repair techniques
– Ability to read project specifications and follow detailed instructions
– Strong attention to quality and safety
– Not afraid of heights
– Ability to work safely in active jobsite environments
– Travel is required
