Painter

Full Vision Inc is seeking a Painter responsible for the safe completion of work in the most efficient manner. The painter will be responsible for painting a variety of industrial surfaces, including equipment, machinery, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structures.

Essential Functions:
– Operate and monitor automated powder coat paint line, including spray booths, ovens, and conveyor systems
– Load and unload parts onto the paint line in an efficient and safe manner
– Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure proper coverage, thickness, and finish quality
– Adjust settings on equipment to maintain optimal coating performance
– Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate more complex problems as needed
– Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of paint equipment and work area
– Maintain proper powder levels and manage color changes when required
– Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of materials
– Apply coatings using electrostatic and non-electrostatic processes
– Maintains chemicals in the wash tank
– Move, hang, and remove materials as needed using hoists, cranes, or other available methods

Position Requirements:
– GED or High School Diploma
– Passage of Drug Test
– Passage of Physical Agility Test
– Good organizational skills
– Experience painting a variety of surface types
– Proficiency with technical machinery

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
