Concrete Flooring Installer (High Overtime Opportunity)

Pay: $15.00 – $26.00 per hour. Schedule: 10-12 hour shifts, 50-60 hours per week. Location: Harvey, LA (serving Greater New Orleans).

The Earning Potential: We are looking for hard workers willing to put in 50-60 hours a week. A technician at $20/hr can earn over $1,300 per week including overtime.

Daily Responsibilities: Surface prep operating industrial diamond grinders, shot-blasters, and HEPA vacuums. Coating application – mixing and applying Epoxy, Polyaspartic, and Urethane systems. Mechanical concrete polishing and honing to high-gloss finishes. Hand-grinding edges, crack repair, and joint filling. Maintaining a clean, professional environment in high-end residential and commercial sites.

What You Need: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long shifts in various weather conditions. Reliability and mechanical aptitude with power tools. Willingness to travel to job sites within a 50-70 mile radius of Harvey.

Requirements: Reliable transportation to Harvey headquarters and surrounding areas. Previous experience in concrete, flooring, or construction is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic will be trained.
