Epoxy Flooring, Self-Leveling & Concrete Polishing Technicians

About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Epoxy, Self-Leveling, and Concrete Polishing Technicians. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in surface preparation, epoxy floor installations, self-leveling systems, and concrete polishing. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.

Key Duties:
– Surface preparation, including grinding, shot blasting, and crack repair
– Application of self-leveling underlayment’s & epoxy coatings
– Concrete polishing using planetary grinders and densifiers
– Mixing, applying, and finishing a variety of floor coating systems
– Ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and completed to high standards

Requirements:
– 1+ year experience in epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, or similar trades
– Ability to operate polishing and surface preparation machinery
– Strong understanding of floor coating materials and procedures
– Reliable transportation to and from job sites
– Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends if required
– Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
– Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
