Experienced Decorative Concrete & Resinous Coating Installer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Decorative Concrete & Resinous Coating Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing intricate decorative concrete applications and resinous coatings that transform spaces into stunning, durable surfaces.

Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, grinding, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of decorative concrete and resinous coatings. Install a variety of decorative concrete finishes including stamped, stained, polished, and textured surfaces. Apply resinous coatings such as epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic systems in both interior and exterior settings. Operate a wide range of power tools and hand tools safely. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate material takeoffs and labor assessments. Perform rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, and related tasks.

Experience: Proven experience in decorative concrete installation and resinous coating application within commercial or residential construction settings (3 years required). Strong mechanical knowledge including operation of power tools, mixers, pumps, and heavy equipment. Hands-on experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry work, plastering, and stucco application. Valid driver’s license for commercial driving if required.

Willingness to travel: 25% required. Ability to commute to Harvey, LA 70058 required.
