Painter/Handyman

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Handyman to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of painting, repair, and renovation tasks across residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primer
– Execute interior and exterior painting projects using brush, roller, and paint sprayers
– Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform repairs, fixture installations, masonry work, drywall patching, and structural painting tasks
– Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately complete renovation and remodeling projects
– Conduct surface preparation for construction spray painting and industrial painting applications
– Perform maintenance tasks such as fixture replacement, caulking, stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry repairs, and restoration work

Skills:
– Extensive experience with residential and commercial construction painting techniques including coating applications
– Strong knowledge of color theory for accurate color matching
– Proficiency in using ladder access safely; familiarity with scaffolding is a plus
– Experience with industrial painting processes such as airless paint spraying and surface preparation for high durability coatings
– Hands-on experience with fixture installation, renovation projects, concrete finishing, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, and general maintenance tasks

Pay: $25.73 – $40.00 per hour
