Job Description
Prepare concrete (clean, grind, repair), mix epoxy resins and hardeners to spec, apply epoxy with hand and power tools, read plans, follow safety protocols, and run quality checks. May help with other flooring installs and refinishing. Moderate to extensive epoxy installation knowledge required, with skill using trowels, scrapers and grinders. Bonuses, on-the-job training, tools provided, and room for advancement.
