Class A Blaster Painters

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Class A Blaster Painter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. TWIC card required.

Duties: Prepare construction surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Operate various paint spraying equipment including airless sprayers, conventional spray systems, and power tools. Use hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, and putty knives for detailed finishing work. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans. Apply coatings on structural elements like drywall, stucco, masonry, concrete finishes, and metal surfaces. Follow strict safety regulations by utilizing respiratory protection gear. Collaborate with carpenters, masons, drywall installers, and other trades.

Experience: Proven experience in construction painting with a strong background in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Familiarity with construction estimating processes related to painting scopes of work is a plus. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Hands-on experience with surface preparation techniques including plastering, caulking, drywall finishing, and restoration projects. Knowledge of color theory. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and paint sprayers. Understanding of safety regulations specific to construction sites.
