Concrete Coating/Polishing Installer

Lakeshore Concrete Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Concrete Coating/Polishing Installer to join its growing team in Zeeland, MI. This is a hands-on role transforming concrete surfaces into durable finishes for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities: prepare concrete through grinding, shot blasting, and surface profiling; apply epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, and other decorative coatings; polish and densify concrete with industrial grinding equipment; install flake broadcast systems and metallic epoxy; maintain equipment; keep job sites clean and safe.

Requirements: prior experience in coatings, polishing, or flooring preferred but not necessary, ability to operate surface grinders, attention to detail, ability to do physical labor, reliable transportation, valid driver license and clean driving record.
