Concrete Coatings Installer / Crew Member

Concrete Coatings Hawaii is growing and looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team. No prior experience is required—we’re willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with us. This is a full-time opportunity with room for advancement. Pay is dependent on experience (DOE).

What We’re Looking For:

– Positive attitude and strong work ethic

– Reliable, honest, and punctual

– Team player who works well with others

– Ability to bend, kneel, lift, and handle heavy equipment/materials

– Comfortable working long shifts when needed

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

– Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)

– Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

– Must be at least 18 years old

Job Responsibilities:

– Operate large orbital grinders and hand grinders

– Measure and prepare surfaces accurately

– Maintain cleanliness of equipment and job sites

– Prep and apply concrete coating systems with consistency and precision

– Follow all safety procedures and properly use protective equipment

– Take quality before-during-and-after photos of completed projects

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
