Concrete Coatings Installer (Epoxy/Polished Concrete)

Rise Coatings is a fast-growing concrete coatings company specializing in epoxy flooring, polished concrete, grind & seal, and urethane cement systems for residential and commercial projects.

We are looking for hardworking, reliable installers to join our team. This is a hands-on position working on garages, patios, warehouses, and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in concrete prep (grinding, vacuuming, crack repair)

– Apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems

– Broadcast flake and assist with top coats

– Maintain a clean and organized job site

– Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

– Follow direction from Project Manager / Crew Leader

– Work efficiently to help complete jobs on time

Requirements:

– Construction experience preferred (coatings, flooring, or similar is a plus)

– Strong work ethic and positive attitude

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment

– Must be reliable and show up on time

– Valid driver’s license preferred

– Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Pay Structure:

– $25-$35/hour (based on experience)

– Opportunities for performance bonuses

– Growth into Lead Installer / Project Manager roles

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (some weekends as needed)

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Experience: Coating 1 year (Preferred)

Language: Spanish (Preferred), English (Preferred)
