Epoxy Coatings Commercial Flooring Installation Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor (FS) is responsible for managing all aspects of flooring installation from floor preparation to coating. The FS must be knowledgeable in all phases of the installation and operation of all equipment, processes, and flooring materials.

Responsibilities:
– Oversees all phases of the installation process, taking digital photos throughout
– Responsible for ensuring completion of all required inspections
– Meets regularly with CFR project managers to review the progress of each assigned project
– Assists the CFR project managers on pre-site evaluations
– Manages and instructs installation crews to accomplish the desired end result
– Ensures adherence to product quality standards established by CFR

Qualifications:
– Experience in epoxy coatings and commercial flooring installation
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques
– Ability to read and interpret construction documents
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
