Epoxy Floor Installer

Great Lakes Concrete Coatings is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join its construction team in Traverse City, MI. You will install durable epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems on commercial and residential projects across Northern Michigan.

Duties: prepare concrete surfaces by grinding and cleaning; operate concrete grinders and dust extractors; apply base coats, decorative flakes, and clear coats; measure and mix coating materials to manufacturer specs; handle masking, crack repair, and joint prep; keep jobsites clean and safe; work as part of a crew.

Requirements: strong work ethic and dependable attendance, valid driver license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, comfortable on hands and knees on concrete, Monday to Friday plus occasional Saturdays. No previous concrete coating experience required. They will train the right person.

Pay: from $19.00 per hour, 30 to 60 hours per week. Benefits: on-the-job training, tools provided.
