Equipment & Shop Coordinator

Premier Edge Concrete Solutions is hiring an Equipment and Shop Coordinator in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is built for someone who already knows Floor Coating Crew Lead work and is ready to take ownership of the equipment, fleet, trailers, and shop that keep every crew moving each day.

What you will do: perform preventative maintenance and routine service on grinders, vacuums, generators, compressors, and mixers; inspect trucks and trailers for tire wear, lights, brakes, fluids, and safety equipment; organize the shop and tools; receive deliveries and stage materials and parts for upcoming jobs; step into a Crew Lead role on job sites when crews need extra support.

What you bring: a valid driver license and clean driving record, mechanical aptitude, the ability to safely operate equipment and power tools, strength to lift 75 pounds, strong organizational skills and a dependable work ethic.

Premier Edge Concrete Solutions installs concrete coatings for homes and businesses across West Michigan. Full time, onsite role based in Grand Rapids, MI. Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour.
