Field Technician (Waterproofing, Caulking, Coatings)

Mark Beamish Waterproofing is seeking a Field Technician to join our team in Irvine, CA. This position involves performing a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor to complete waterproofing, caulking, concrete, grinding, coating, sealant, and painting construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

– Follow foreman’s lead on job-specific duties and deliver quality work in a safe and efficient manner
– Perform waterproofing, caulking, sealant, coating, and painting tasks on construction projects
– Properly prepare concrete surfaces through grinding and surface prep
– Maintain a clean job site and secure all tools and equipment
– Load and unload trucks and haul and lift materials as directed
– Follow all safety and incident reporting procedures
– Report to jobsites with all required PPE, tools, and uniform
– Submit all required paperwork and timecards in a timely manner
– Work well with others as a team

Requirements

– Willingness to grow and learn more about the trade
– Ability to perform strenuous manual labor
– Must be professional, punctual, and reliable
– Valid driver’s license preferred
– Pay: $19 – $24 per hour
