Flooring Service Foreperson – Epoxy & Polished Concrete

The successful candidate for our Service Foreperson will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, have excellent communication and leadership skills and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities: Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards. Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations. Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.

Qualifications: Willing to travel and stay out of town. Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation. 18 years of age or older. Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
