Flooring Service & Maintenance Crew – Epoxy & Polished Concrete

The successful candidate for our Service / Maintenance Crew will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities: Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards. Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations. Proper use of equipment and materials. Strive to meet and exceed all production targets.

Qualifications: Willing to travel and stay out of town. Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation. 18 years of age or older. Must pass pre-employment drug screen. Authorized to work in the United States.
