Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer

Exclusive Resins is a growing flooring contractor specializing in high-quality epoxy and concrete coating systems. We focus on residential garage floors and light commercial work, delivering consistent, professional results across the San Joaquin County, Sacramento, Stanislaus, and East Bay areas.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer who can take ownership of projects, run a crew, and maintain high production and quality standards in the field.

Position Overview

The Lead Installer is responsible for managing day-to-day job site operations, leading install crews, and ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to company standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of epoxy systems, surface prep, and job site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead and manage installation crews on residential and light commercial projects
– Perform and oversee concrete prep (grinding, crack repair, patching)
– Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane coating systems
– Ensure quality control on all installs
– Communicate with clients and manage job site timelines
– Maintain tools and equipment

Requirements

– 2+ years of experience in epoxy flooring or similar trade
– Proven ability to run jobs and lead a crew
– Strong knowledge of surface preparation and coating systems
– Experience with grinders, vacuums, and coating equipment
– Ability to troubleshoot job site issues and make decisions in the field
– Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
– Physically able to lift materials and work in active job site conditions
– Concrete polishing experience is a plus
– Urethane cement and coving a plus
– OSHA certification is a plus
