Restoration & Waterproofing Supervisor

Allstar Group of Companies provides exterior building maintenance services. We are looking for a hands-on Waterproofing and Restoration Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and leadership experience.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee crews on various projects while working alongside them
– Coordinate waterproofing and restoration projects
– Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications
– Conduct inspections and address issues promptly
– Liaise with project managers and clients on work schedules
– Enforce safety procedures and guidelines
– Conduct building inspections and prepare reports
– Leak investigations and exterior sealant repairs
– Building envelope restoration
– Complete exterior sealant repairs and exterior painting
– Restore exterior concrete, stucco, and tile cladding systems

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in waterproofing, concrete restoration, or a related trade
– Strong knowledge of sealants, coatings, membranes, and repair systems
– Previous leadership or supervisory experience in construction or restoration
– Valid driver’s license

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
