Epoxy Flooring, Concrete Coating & Polishing Specialist

Ryerson Concrete is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring, Concrete Coating, and Polishing Specialist to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves surface preparation, application, and finishing of epoxy and other specialty concrete coatings for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders, shot blasters, and other surface prep equipment
– Repair cracks, joints, and spalls as necessary before coating application
– Mix and apply a variety of coating systems, including epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and specialty finishes
– Follow manufacturer specifications for product ratios, thickness, and curing requirements
– Apply decorative elements such as color flakes, metallic pigments, and custom designs when required
– Operate and maintain all equipment including grinders, mixers, and application tools
– Communicate professionally with clients on-site

Requirements:
– Experience with epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, or similar surface coatings
– Ability to operate surface preparation equipment
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
– Valid driver’s license
– Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
