Concrete Floor Specialist

Starting Pay: $24 to $32 per hour
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (6am to 2:30pm)

Position Summary:
Performs a wide variety of concrete-related functions including concrete floor repairs, preparing concrete, and applying finishing coat using tools such as floor grinders, hepa vacuum, and concrete cutting tools to maintain smooth facility floors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Uses a variety of hand and power tools for concrete cutting, digging, repairing cracks, grinding, smoothing, and epoxy filling
• Prepares surface for installation, including cleaning, leveling, and performing moisture tests
• Installs epoxy flooring materials with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish
• Troubleshoots and resolves any issues or challenges during the coating process
• Maintains tools and equipment to ensure safe operating condition
• Responds to emergency repair situations to ensure immediate safety of property and compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:
Two to three years of concrete knowledge and/or experience working with concrete, floor grinder, and epoxy application.

Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, climb and sit intermittently up to 10 hours per day.
