Crew Leader – Concrete Coating Installations

Lead your own 2-3 person crew installing residential and commercial concrete coatings (epoxy, polyurea, one-day systems). Supervise and train installation assistants, keep job records, uphold safety, and communicate with customers. Requires 2+ years leading crews in construction, flooring, painting or similar work, ability to lift 50-100 lbs, own reliable vehicle, valid license, and background check. Mon-Fri 7am to about 4pm, occasional Saturdays, 35-50 hrs/week. Offers hourly pay plus overtime and performance bonuses, paid training and certification, company truck, fuel card, PTO, tools and safety equipment, and a growth path to senior leadership.
