Coatings Specialist – Concrete Restoration

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration.

We are seeking a CRS Coatings Specialist to promote and grow our Coatings product line by identifying and supporting opportunities in both new construction and restoration projects.

Responsibilities:
– Implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals within the assigned region
– Conduct sales presentations with key clients and prospective customers
– Promote MAPEI products through hands-on demonstrations, field support, and highlighting key features and benefits
– Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales related to concrete coatings and restoration products
– Support distributors and contractors on proper product selection and application techniques
– Provide technical training and support to customers and field staff
– Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors

Qualifications:
– Experience in the concrete coatings or construction industry
– Strong sales and communication skills
– Ability to travel within the assigned region
– Knowledge of concrete restoration, protective coatings, and waterproofing systems preferred
