Position Overview:
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring project excellence, driving sales performance, and upholding customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the concrete coatings business inside and out.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of company operations including scheduling, crew management, and project delivery
– Drive revenue growth through sales leadership and customer relationship management
– Hire, train, and manage installation crews and office staff
– Ensure quality control across all coating installations
– Manage budgets, profitability, and business KPIs

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in the concrete coatings or flooring industry
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Experience managing field crews and sales teams
– Valid driver’s license
