You can binge epoxy videos all week and still freeze the first time a metallic pour starts moving the wrong way. What fixes that is hands-on reps with someone who has done hundreds of floors standing next to you. That is what in-person epoxy training events are for.
Las Vegas has a full 5-day epoxy flooring course running three times before the end of the year, so it is easy to find a week that works, whether you are coming from Henderson, North Las Vegas or out of state. Here is what is coming up:

Why It’s Worth Your Time: This course is hands-on from the first morning. You work in an air-conditioned training space, not on someone else’s job site, and you do the work yourself instead of watching. Over five days you cover concrete prep, including cleaning, grinding and repairs, then solid color, flake and quartz, metallic epoxy and topcoats. You also learn cove base, which a lot of shorter classes skip.
The business side gets real time too: how to figure coverage rates, bid jobs and market your work. After the class you can reach a product specialist any time for help with product picks, pricing and troubleshooting. It works for beginners starting a coatings business and for installers who want to tighten up their systems.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Hands-on training gives you something online content can’t: real reps on real floors, with someone next to you when things go sideways. You learn to fix problems before they cost you a job, and you get to ask the questions that only come up when you are halfway through a metallic pour.
A few practical notes before you book:
- All three dates are the same 5-day course, so pick the week that fits your schedule. The November 9 class is coming up first.
- Beginners are welcome. You don’t need prior experience.
- Seats are limited. If you have a date in mind, register early.
